All orders are shipped via USPS.
Order processing typically occurs within 24 hours, and most orders are dispatched the same or next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. national holidays will be shipped within the next two business days.
In cases of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If any significant delay occurs, you will be notified via email or phone.

 


 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination country, applied discounts, and total order value.
Shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

We offer FREE shipping on all U.S. orders above $20.

Damages

KIQ Labs LLC takes full responsibility for orders that are damaged or lost during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at kiqlabsllc@gmail.com to file a claim and request a replacement or refund.
